The Artist-Teacher Exchange is an opportunity for teachers of varied levels of experience, and theatre makers and musicians, to come together for a programme of collaborative training and development. The programme will involve masterclasses, performances and discussions. Participants will also get the chance to spend time in the theatre rehearsal room and to involve artists in their classroom practice. 

Aims of the programme
The programme offers teachers and artists the time and space to learn from each others’ methods; exchanging skills, ideas and processes. By the end of the course you will have designed new projects in collaboration with an artist and we hope all parties will be inspired to work in different ways and feel professionally enriched.

The programme is open to primary and secondary teachers in Wandsworth and teachers of all subjects and specialisms are encouraged to apply. All participants will be expected to attend approximately 4 days and 2 evenings per term. All sessions will be arranged so that supply cover for your class will not be necessary.
