Calling Twin Peaks’ best and brightest! Win a free ticket to the Twin Peaks Weekender
Do you still miss Laura Palmer? Here’s a chance to show how much she meant to you by creating a shrine for BAC’s epic Twin Peaks Weekender. We are looking for some hardcore Twin Peaks fans to bring Laura Palmer back with a shrine to her memory.
Send in your proposals and the best 20 will get a free ticket to the weekend (23 – 24 October).
You can do anything you want with them, just as long as it shows your love and devotion for Laura Palmer. You could create a bittersweet memorial, make a touching tribute, or just freak out BAC audiences. It is entirely up to you.
So send in a picture of what your shrine will look like, or a 150 word (max) description. Remember the shrine could be located anywhere in BAC so if there is a particular spot you think is most appropriate for your shrine please make this clear in your proposal.
We’re looking for shrines in all shapes and sizes, made from any material, and we will be making decisions based on the imagination and passion of your shrine, not its polish.
Deadline
All applications must reach us by the 13 September to be entered into the competition.
How to apply

Taking Part in Shows:
Occassionally, we have opportunities for non–professional performers to perform along side artists and in original works, many of which are developed here at BAC. Performing in shows can involve anything from the sublime to the rediculous but there's always a good time had by all, many people choosing to get friends involved making a social celebration out of it, too.
Previous Opportunities:
In recent times, many of BAC’s hit shows have included a wide range of volunteer participants who just wanted to do something a little different. Some recent examples include:
Gerry Pilgrim’s Handbag A large scale performance made specifically for the Grand Hall space. Many local men and women took part dressed in their finest frocks, suits and dancing shoes, and partied around their handbags to Billy Jean and It's Raining Men.
Amy Feneck’s You’ll Never Walk Alone A piece exploring the collective experiences of running and singing in which male and female performer’s ran a 2 mile run which ended at BAC.
Future Opportunities:
If you would like to hear about future opportunities to perform in shows at BAC, click the Sign Up button below and we'll make sure you're in the know when the opportunities arise.
