BAC’s Members’ Bar is on the west side of the building and has recently been renovated, enlarged and returned to its original Town Hall footprint. The desire for the building to retain the legacy of its past can be clearly seen here, not only in the elegant cornicing and parquet flooring from its municipal origins but also in the unusual feature that can be seen in one corner of the room. This is a preserved remnant from BAC’s hugely successful co-production with renowned theatre company Punchdrunk, The Masque of the Red Death in 2007-8.

The abundance of natural light makes the space ideal for meetings, conferences or workshops and rehearsals. The configuration is flexible, able to accommodate up to 50 people on round tables or theatre-style.

The Members’ Bar can also be hired with two small adjacent breakout spaces.
