Andy Zaltzman has firmly established himself in the vanguard of British stand-up with his unique brand of political comedy. Since being nominated for the Perrier Best Newcomer Award in 2001, he has gone on to take six acclaimed solo shows and to the Edinburgh Festival.
He has also co-written and hosted BBC Radio 4’s Political Animal, and starred in three series’ of Radio 4’s satirical show The Department. Most recently, Andy has written and hosted Yes! It’s The Ashes (BBC Radio5 Live) and has recorded his own brand new Radio 4 series Andy Zaltzman's History of the Third Millennium, Series 1 of 100.
For TV, Andy has written for several series of Bremner, Bird & Fortune (Channel 4) has made a number of guest panellist appearances on TV and radio including 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4).
