Concessions
Concession price tickets are available to students, senior citizens, children, people with disabilities, registered recipients of job seekers allowance and income support. To book a concession please call Box Office on 020 7223 2223 (see below for opening hours). Proof of eligibility required on collection.
Groups

Online
1. Follow the 'Book Online' links from the What's On pages of the particular show you wish to book for.
2. Select the performance, date and time you want to book and click on the 'Buy tickets' link.
3. Select the number of tickets you require at full price, and the number of tickets, if applicable, at other prices (where available). If it is a Pay What You Can performance (these are usually on Tuesdays) you will see a selection of prices displayed - allowing you to chose the amount you wish to pay for your tickets. Then click on 'continue'.
4. The next page confirms the details of your booking so far. Click on 'continue' again.
5. The next page takes you to your online shopping cart and again reviews the details of your booking so far. From here you can buy tickets for other shows by clicking 'Add Another Event' or you can proceed to the payment page by clicking 'continue'.
6. You will then be directed to the payment form. Please fill in your details as directed (fields marked with * are complusory fields), including the card payment details at the bottom. Then click 'Buy tickets'.
7. The payment will now go through and you should be redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive an automatic email confirming the details of your booking. Your card will be charged by Tickets.com.
8. You will be able to choose from a drop-down menu between having your tickets posted out for an additional 50p (up to a week before the performance date) or collecting the tickets at Box Office on the evening.

Once brought, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note, we do not reserve tickets for later payment.
You can choose to have your tickets posted out for an additional 50p (up to a week before the performance date) or alternatively you may collect them at Box Office on the evening.
Latecomers may be refused admission.
