Melanie and Gemma offer the first outing of two new chamber pieces of writing for solo performance.
Through the unique style of both performers, each piece opens a distinctly different window onto the far-reaching terrains of inner landscapes. Featuring contemplative wit, elaborate imagery and sound design, both pieces come together however in sharing a direct relationship with their audiences.
Melanie Wilson is an award winning writer performer and sound artist, whose solo work includes Simple Girl, Iris Brunette and Autobiographer.
Gemma Brockis is a writer and performer, a founder member of Shunt and a regular collaborator with Silvia Mercuriali and Chris Goode.
