BAC will play host to dozens of our favourite artists as they develop new work in every corner of the building. Scratches are new theatrical ideas developed by artists and shaped by audience feedback. Individual Scratches happen at BAC throughout the year and the Scratch Festival is a celebration of Scratch, with loads of Scratches on during a three week period.

The best way to enjoy Scratch Festival is to see more than one show in a night. The Scratches are short enough that you won’t have to worry about getting hungry half way through or your bottom going numb from being sat down for too long! All shows that are priced at £5 (£3 concs) are part of a 3 for 2 offer – we recommend seeing a few shows in a night but the 3 for 2 offer can be spread across the Festival.

To help you get the most out of Scratch Festival, we have put together the following:

•    Scratch FAQs – Answering all the questions you may have about Scratch, feedback, seeing multiple shows and the 3 for 2 offer.
•    Calendar of all shows in the Scratch Festival
•    Suggested journeys – showing possible combinations of Scratches for each night of the Festival (but feel free to make your own)

3 for 2 offer:

All Scratches priced at £5 (£3 concs) are included in the 3 for 2 offer. The offer can be spread across the festival, so you can come back on another date if you’d prefer. The 3 for 2 offer must be booked through our Box Office on 020 7223 2223 and can’t be booked online.

There are 4 shows during the Festival that aren’t Scratches and not available with this offer: Human Computer (Will Adamsdale), Dash Dash Dash (David Gale), I Malvolio (Tim Crouch), It’s Like He’s Knocking (Leo Kay).
