With three long weekends of freewheeling, risk taking cabaret, our annual Scratch Festival is bigger and better than any previous Scratch event.
BAC will be bursting with established BAC performers, artists who’ve never been here before and graduates from performing arts courses around the country. Scratch allows artists to test new ideas and get audience feedback, so you have an impact on how shows develop at BAC.
Get into the building with a £5 Festival Ticket and be guided around an assortment of Scratch performances, brought together under the themes Reasons for Living, Democracy and the inspirational figure of David Lynch. You’ll also be able to see fresh new work from the best of this year’s graduating students (10 - 12 Sep only) and immerse yourself in Helen Cole's We See Fireworks installation.
Upgrade your ticket by just £3 for an even broader Scratch Festival experience. With an upgraded ticket you can also see Little Bulb Theatre’s award-winning Edinburgh hit Crocosmia or performances from Rules and Regs artists (25 & 26 Sep only) – a national residency programme for artists that lands in London for the first time.
Come in, grab a drink, explore the building and experience the future of theatre like never before.
