Tom Adams Can't Come

July 24, 2010
8.30pm

£8 (£5 concs)

I'm not going to tell you to come and see my show directly. I just want you to know that I'm the sort of man who would mow your lawn for free but, when finished, if you offered me some lemonade, I would take it. I'm a lover not a fighter but if you're in trouble, like being bullied, I'll help you. Lastly, my word is my bond.

A collection of songs performed by Tom and his guitar, with subjects such as a Detective looking for a meat thief, a pair of gay ducks and James Bond getting angry.

‘I thought musical comedy wasn't my cup of tea until I saw Tom Adams. He uplifted my spirits’ Simon Munnery

‘He creates such a snug, inclusive atmosphere that by the end we’re all swaying and singing along to the choruses’ Chortle

‘It takes a special kind of person to get an entire room of people singing the words "vomit and wee" in unison; Tom Adams did just that’ Three Weeks
