From 2017, teachers and pupils can participate in BAC Moving Museum workshops.
The Time Keepers Club is a programme of bookable, 90 minute workshops which support and enrich Key Stage 1 & 2 History, Geography and English curriculums through exploration of the objects and stories from our borough and our museum collections. Workshops specifically designed for Key Stage 1 also support aspects of the Science curriculum. Conceived and devised by KIT theatre. Commissioned and produced by Battersea Arts Centre.

'Thank you all so much for giving our classes a Monday morning to remember today!...We gained knowledge of history and geography in a very interactive way. The children really felt they were a part of something.' Year 4 teacher.
We regularly offer artist-led workshops in schools to accompany group visits to Battersea Arts Centre performances. Previous workshops have covered puppetry, physical theatre and animation.
Each year, hundreds of young people from Wandsworth and beyond participate in making theatre through our Homegrown programme for 12-29 year olds. We run Homegrown Taster Workshops in schools, bringing professional theatre-makers and young people together to explore a range of art forms, including theatre, music, beatbox and dance. We can tailor workshops to different year groups as either one-offs or longer experiences. For more information please email email@example.com.
