Battersea Arts Centre offers a variety of projects and ticket offers for schools, colleges and universities across Wandsworth, London and the UK.

Our award-winning schools programme connects artists with thousands of teachers, children and young people every year in a wide range of collaborative projects.

Tickets

We offer discounted ticket prices for all schools and university groups, with one free ticket for every 11 booked.

Workshops

We can offer tailor made workshops to enhance your students’ knowledge and understanding of theatre, as well as other bespoke topics.

Workshops and projects are run by Battersea Arts Centre’s professional artistic and creative team with industry experience and also with our BAC Moving Museum.

SEN Schools

We are committed to ensuring Battersea Arts Centre is a fully relaxed space, accessible for all young people.

Our building is fully accessible and we offer chill out spaces for all of our performances, as well as offering specific audio-described, BSL, captioned and relaxed performances to accommodate all student’s needs.

Tours

We offer tours for groups to gain an exciting insight into behind the scenes of our theatre and working space, exploring off stage at Battersea Arts Centre.  

You might also be interested in our building tour which explores the history of the old town hall which is over 120 year’s olds.

Work Experience

We offer work experience placements to students that attend school or college in, or live in, the Borough of Wandsworth.

Work experience students usually work in a variety of roles during their placement – depending on the availability of staff – such as administration, producing, communications, events, heritage and participation.
