BAC MOVING MUSEUM: NEW HERITAGE WORKSHOPS FOR SCHOOLS
From 2017, teachers and pupils in primary schools can participate in BAC Moving Museum workshops; embark on an interactive learning adventure to explore the stories of our collection and historical building, Battersea’s old Town Hall.
We can now take bookings for March 2017 onwards.
For more information on these workshops, including ways in which our sessions support the curriculums, please speak with Michelle Welbourn, Heritage Project Manager firstname.lastname@example.org
or 0207 326 8299.
We connect with local libraries where we run workshops for children and families and we connect with local people through groups and societies.
Wandsworth was once a rural place, where sheep grazed on common land.
This Easter we worked with sound artist Dan Scott and invited families to explore sounds, sights and sheep from Wandsworth’s past at five borough libraries.
More information on our next project coming soon.
