Soothsayers present a big night of music to celebrate their new EP Speak to my Soul out on 12 May, the first release on their new label WahWah45s.

Soothsayers are an unstoppable force on the UK music scene. They have released six critically acclaimed studio albums, taking their rousing melange of  Afrobeat and dubalicious flavours to an impressive list of festivals and venues in the UK and abroad, including Glastonbury, The North Sea Jazz Festival, Dhaka World Music Festival, The London Jazz Festival, WOMAD, and Barbados World Music Festival.

They are continuing their musical journey with a new signing to the innovative UK record label WahWah45s, who will be releasing an EP in May followed by an album in the Autumn. Soothsayers celebratory EP launch at Battersea Arts Centre will see them perform a full live set of tunes from their new EP and the forthcoming album, as well as favourites from their extensive back-catalogue.

The night will kick off with a collaboration between Soothsayers and multi-instrumentalist and producer Wu-lu on bass and DJ Hector Plimmer.

There will also be a very special guest appearance from  Afrobeat Ambassador Dele Sosimi, returning to Borderless, as well as WahWah45s very own Dom Servini and Scrimshire spinning some classic vinyl as well as some of their latest releases.
