Battersea Arts Centre has a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about working creatively and likes the challenge of a fast-paced environment. The Operations Manager will lead and motivate a young and enthusiastic team and manage a large and active building, Battersea Arts Centre's old Town Hall. 
As Operations Manager you will work across a number of projects and be a key member of the Organisational and Financial Strategy team. You will lead the organisation's Welcome and Building Operations projects to achieve our ambition of creating a supportive home for artists, audiences, staff and visitors. You will put as much emphasis on building strong relationships as you do on ensuring that Battersea Arts Centre is operated within the proper statutory frameworks. 
This is a historically important time for Battersea Arts Centre as we work towards the reopening of our historic Grand Hall in 2018. 
We are looking for a person who has strong experience managing a diverse public-facing team and, in addition to this, skills and knowledge in four of the five further areas outlined in the application pack. We are able to provide focused training in key areas inorder to support and develop someone who shares and will champion Battersea Arts Centre's values.
